Appliances built for the way Kenya actually lives.
Power that dips. Water that runs hard. Kitchens that cook for eight on a Sunday. VON exists because appliances designed somewhere else, for somewhere else, quietly fail at all three.

What we hold to
Four things, done properly.
Specified for here
Wide-voltage compressors, flame failure devices on every burner, and cast iron pan supports that take real sufuria weight. The spec sheet starts from Kenyan conditions rather than adapting to them later.
Sold where you are
Showrooms in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret, plus countrywide delivery. You can see the appliance before you buy it, and collect it the same week.
Serviced after you buy
Trained technicians, genuine spare parts held for years after a model is discontinued, and a toll-free line answered by a person. The warranty is only as good as the network behind it.
Priced honestly
Recommended retail prices that mean something, and reductions that are real reductions. When something is cut, the previous price was the price it actually sold at.
Coverage
Eight markets, one service promise.
Kenya is home — delivery to every county. Beyond it, an appointed distributor carries the range, holds genuine spares and honours the warranty in their market.
